We are in the inspection phase of our house purchase. The seller disclosed that there were previous structual issues in the past and the builder had corrected it. I would like to get an opinion from a structural engineer just to be sure. Has anyone ever used one? and can recommend (name and contact number if possible, or I can look it up, too by name). thanks.

the office I work for uses Nicol and Associates in boulder quite frequently for doing our structural designs on new and addition plans. That is all I can think of at the moment though.

I agree with gobroncos44. I hired Jim Houlette with EVstudio to take a look at some structural concerns for my home and they were very helpful, fair price and came out the same day I called! www.evstudio.us 303.670.7242
