Default place for very small very low budget wedding

I am looking for a place for a very small very low budget wedding on Friday July 31st. I am hoping to only spend $300-$500 on a place for the wedding and have it either include cheap catering or allow us to choose our own catering. It can't be outdoor and needs to be easy to access in a wheel chair. I am looking anywhere from downtown denver to boulder or golden. (Westminster, Arvada, Broomfield, Wheat Ridge and anywhere nearby) I saw one other forum that had a few good ideas for a slightly larger wedding but I didn't quite answer my question. So I'm hoping someone else may have another good idea!

Why not just get married at the courthouse with a few close friends and family members in attendance, and then proceed some mid-to-upscale restaurant like the Olive Garden and have each member of your party pay for their own meal?
Nothing wrong with that, in my book.
$300 bucks should just about cover the marriage license, you and hubby's dinner, and a few drinks.

Do you know anyone that has a clubhouse where they live?? You could put down a deposit (refundable) and have the whole thing there.
If you would do that, you could bring your own food.

The Victorian house looks pretty and is kind of what we are looking for however I just checked out the price for a Friday night and it is over our budget. We did find one place in our budget in wheat ridge but it doesn't have any wheelchair access. We are looking for either something with caracter (like an old estate) or something with a little bit of a veiw. We do want an intimate setting we just want something that isn't going to charge us the same price as the wedding with 150 people. Clubhouse wasn't a bad idea, not quite the atmosphere I'm hoping for but it would definitally save money. Thanks for the ideas if anyone has any other places that may be cheap let me know!
