I'm sorry, but I'm closing this thread for it's lack of specificity.
Everyone has their favorite neighborhood, a totally subjective viewpoint that has little to do with objectivity. We'd end up with the usual pointless popularity contest of " I like X best vs I like Y best vs I like Z best.
The OP needs to start over and state what is of importance to him/her, then we can steer them.
