Default Apt ratings in Denver
Why does it seem like there are no decent rental apts in the Denver area??? They are all ranked so low compared to where we live now. Any insight or suggestions on a good place? Want to rent for 1 year and will be working in the Lone Tree area.

How nice to you want it? Granite counter tops? Underground parking garage? I live near Lone Tree and am familiar with a few of the complexes in the area.

I checked out the apartment ratings before moving out and I was startled that the complex we had signed up for had such poor reviews. It wasn't nearly as bad as the ratings suggested.
