Big ones are the Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature and Science, Elitch Gardens, Downtown Aquarium, Children's Museum, Skate Park near Lodo, Lakeside, etc. Here are some pointers:

What ages of kids? My 11 & 9 year olds really liked Jump Street, Jungle Quest & The Nature & Science Museum. They also liked Pirates Cove water park and the zoo.
