Smile Townhouse rentals in Highlands Ranch Area

I have posted here before. My house is still on market and it seems if it sells this spring or summer we will have to rent when we relocated to Denver area.
We would prefer to rent a townhouse in LIttleton or Highlands RAnch area. Have a dog and a cat. Not sure if that makes it more difficult to rent? I guess if we rent it will give us more time to look around the are since we will be relocating from Massachusetts.
Any local websites that would point me in the rental direction? Have found a few but most are apartment communities.
Thanks and appreciate all suggestions

There are few for rent signs out in yards...but it is possible.

What about lease to own? Find a house for sale that you want and rent it until you can buy it.
