Hi, I'm new to Denver & and wondering if I can get a list of places to go on various nights of the week and weekend in Denver.

I'm looking for Rockabilly Clubs & Bars near Cap. Hill area?? I'm a single guy & looking to meet some people here. Thanks in advance. Sluggo

As far as Cap Hill goes your best bet would be Bender's Tavern. They have the occasional rockabilly/psychobilly show. Further away on S. Broadway is The Skylark, which is a rockabilly bar, and a block away is 3 Kings Tavern, which has regular rockabilly shows, along with punk, metal, country etc. I would post links but im not that computer literate.

Default Rockabilly

Hey Sluggo - Try Herman's Hideaway and also Westword (paper). Westword lists all the larger venues and bands. I'm a drummer, so dialed into the scene. Staff Pro and Argus are concert security companies that are usually hiring part-time staff for lots of venues. Fun way to see free shows and hang with the bands. Have fun.

I went to the bar inside the Colfax Ramada (Colfax and Downing) a few years back and it was a Rockabilly bar at that time. I'm not sure if it's still the same but it might be worth checking out.
