This mix (best pancakes my wife or I have ever eaten, bar none) has become a weekend staple for us... right on up till we moved to Denver/Lakewood this week. We've visited and called so many different grocery stores and none of them have it.. we've even called the parent company and they don't have a good list either. Please, if anyone has seen this mix on a shelf somewhere (preferably close), post up. We're going to order a case of 12 boxes, but we're jonesing right now.. heh.

Thanks!

Brian

I assume that you mean you are going to buy the product at the online store of Baker Mills. Not having a list of where they sell and distribute their product??? What if they discover a health problem with this product??? an ingredient in the product; a defect in manufacturing etc. How do you track and notify the customers. Just a thought.

But, you taught me something. I have never heard or seen the word "jonesing"???? That must be some regional dialectical form of speech. After looking it up, it means "craving, intense desiring". Interesting--I learned something new today--thanks

A coworker actually called Kodiak a few weeks ago. (She also loves the mix.) The rep told her the company had just signed a contract with King Soopers. It may be a couple of months before it shows up in their stores, according to the special orders guy i talked to at King Soopers.

Hope this helps alleviate your fear of not finding the candyman.

fyi... you can also get it at Williams Sonoma. We love that stuff too and it's better for you than the big name brands. Compare the ingredient lists.

I've special ordered stuff before at King Soopers, even if they don't stock an item; if it exists, they'll try and get you some of whatever you need. They got me several bars of Fels Naptha soap that way, and a certain brand of bleu cheese for my DW.

Whelp, we've Suffered through eating some other brand (yech, bland, bad consistency and unappealing). We're orderig enough for our 3 month stint in this apartment and will order more online when we move into a house (once we find one.. heh, that starts this week) if it's not available local to the house.

The Funny thing? We found this mix in the middle of Wyoming (town pop 8000), and 3 different towns in Alaska (Juneau, Anchorage and Nome!)... but a larger city with closer proximity to the origin, and no luck.

Thanks folks... hope it shows up at King Soopers.
