I was hoping that if someone had a student there they could give me there experience. In Ca. going to a new school is a big negative for many reasons. So If there is anyone that has a personal experience if they like dislike some postives or negative. I know that they currently house the middle school and only have freshman and sophmore since they don't have enough enrollment for junior or senior.

It's not that they don't have enough kids to teach juniors and seniors. It's hard enough to be a teenager these days. The powers that be leave those kids in their school and grow their own juniors.

Well when I called the school directly they stated they did not have enough enrollment for the upper grades and that is one of the reasons they currently house the middle school there. So not sure where you got your info. Do you live in that area?

My oldest started at Mountain Vista when it first opened she was in 7th grade, and she graduated in 2008.
It is standard for Dougco schools to open new high schools this way.
