We are relocating in February 2010 to Aurora. That is the job location (CentreTech Parkway), and we're interested in a short commute.

We've been reading these forums and notice the water / trash bills seem to fluctuate considerably. We will be renting. As renters, are we responsible for watering the lawn? Or is that optional?

Also, as renters, do we select the trash company which picks up the trash? Or is that determined by the owner?

Thanks for your help!

Some HOA's will include water and trash - especially in townhomes or condos.

Each will be property specific, and negotiable.
