Default Colorado

Hi,

Any help would be appreciated
How do you treat newcomers in Colorado?
Where is the best place to start looking for a job? Entry level position -offices, domestic jobs/ restaurants/hotels?

What areas are the safest /low crime index?

Any information of what should one know before coming would be highly appreciated...

Thanks,

I'd like to think most people are friendly to newcomers. There is some anti california and anti texas sentiments out there....but most of it (amongst my friends) is just sarcasm/ribbing.

Entry level positions are highly sought after right now because of the economy.

Most of South Denver (the city that is) have relatively low crime. Most of the suburbs also have low crime with the exception of northern Aurora and some areas in Commerce City.

Ok, so south Denver is considered "safe". What are the names of towns around Denver that are "good to live"? Considering safety, sports, and resonable time to travel to Denver (work)?
