I just graduated from school in New York and I'm moving out to Denver to start work in late June. I will be working in the DTC area and I'm looking for an apartment in that area. I'm looking for an area where I can meet other young people my age, yet I also don't want a long commute. My price range for an apartment is $500-$800/month. Any suggestions on where I should look? Thanks in advance.

You could buy a $100,000, or less, 1 bedroom condo in the Englewood, Centennial, Littleton or Highlands Ranch areas and be within 20 minutes of the DTC

I'm not really looking to buy a place yet and I'd like a place with a shorter commute. How are the Cherry Hills, Greenwood, and Cherry Creek areas?

The DTC is a fine area--as is Centennial--and you can surely find some condos/apartments for a much cheaper price. Try that. |
