Highlands, Wash Park, Cap Hill, etc?

i would be spending most of my time downtown near quixotes and such... isnt dulcinea's close to cervantes/quixotes? if so, i would like to find a place that is cheap and close to those lol...

otherwise i may jusy try to find a place in the burbs close to a lightrail station so i can get to downtown without having to drive! Walkability is important, although i do have a car. I just hate to use it lol...
