Default Kids in Ken Caryl Valley

HI. Im considering moving to Ken Caryl Valley and am looking for young kids (under 10). I have heard that there aren't many younger families. Any advice would be great!!

I live in The Valley and there are plenty of kids here. That's why the Bradford Elementary is broken into two schools. The youngest of families may not make of the majority of Carriage Hill because of the price, but there are plenty of young families on the Ranch.
