So if you are looking for a desert type of country. Colorado is not it. Close maybe especially when we were in drought. Got sand dunes tho.

Yeah, I don't know why I had this idea it was more desert. But that's okay, because it's not that I'm specifically
looking for a desert environment, as much as I'm simply wanting something different from where I currently live.
And I think those sand dunes would be really neat to check out.
