Relocating for New Job - Areas?
I am relocating after getting hired as a microbiologist. The job is on 6th avenue, between Havana and Quebec Street, just north of the Mira Vista Golf Course.
Does anyone know about this area? Safe/fun/nice/crappy/boring, etc? I am looking for a nicer neighborhood not TOO far... a 30 minute commute is ok... the important characteristics are: __________________________________________________ ______________ apartment (not a pre-fab complex where they are all the same, but rather a nice building that has few tenents... or unique floorplans) younger population (young families ok- we are quiet but hip) safe nice fun- dining,shopping/bars/pubs...don't care about nightclubs not TOO far from work I hear LoDO is cool, but what would the commute be? Other nice areas? What about Aurora, it's really close? Thanks
