Another thread to pick your brains, folks.

I'm pretty much the celebrity in every Starbucks and Panera bread booths in the Denver suburbs

Besides me getting sick of the same environments, I bet they are getting sick of the free wi-fi freeloader too But I've been a very generous guy, buy a lot and generally hang out there for 3 to 4 hours, every weekend.

Mostly I'm working on stuff I have to catch up on to meet my crazy deadlines, given that my entire week is spent mostly in meetings and stuff. Besides, working over soups, sandwiches, coffee and a good view of the beautiful Colorado outside works my mind up to the best productivity levels.

I know TGI Friday's have free wi-fi, but they can get terribly noisy. Would be happy to know from the locals of other nice wi-fi spots like Starbucks or Panera in Denver and around.

Thanks!

I can see it now, Tony on kiddie slide at Mickey D's using his free wi-fi. Maybe that lady cop will come in and rescue him ....

There's some moroccan or mongolian restaurant downtown that has unsecured wireless. Last time I was in Denver, I parked outside of it to go online and make my hotel reservation. Sorry can't remember exactly where.

I avoid McDonald's like a Augustinian monk avoiding brothels

Even if I go in, I go in late at night, cloaked in a hoodie, so that the calorie police does not bust me. I remember my grandfather went to midnight cabarets back in the day cloaked in a throw or a huge blanket. He was scared somebody might spot him and tarnish his reputation, or worse, inform his wife. I bet I do have his genes

LOL, Mike. These days when I run into sheriff vehicles waiting by the side at road signals I crane my neck in to check and take a "researcher" look. Generally, the officer looks back weird and I'm getting warned that they might actually pull me over for suspicious behaviour

Actually, I wouldn't mind. I'd make inquiries about his co-workers

Without further ado, a little ditty!

I was like a lone tree

In a town called centennial

until she hit me like a boulder

I'm searching from the castles of Castle Pines

Am too tired, are there springs in CO Springs
Or just red robins without any robins??
