Moving to Denver from Vermont (apartment complex, to rent, condos)

I am moving to Denver in June, and currently looking for a place to live. I was wondering if people could give me some suggestions on apartments, condos, etc.

These are the things I am looking for
1) Within a few miles from Coors Field
2) Furnished
3) Allows pets (dogs preferably)
4) Price range under $900
5) I am looking for a nice place to live.


I have mainly been searching craigslist, but haven't had a ton of luck. A lot of places include all utilities in the rent, which I do like.

If anybody could direct me to a website to search more listings, or a specific neighborhood, appt complex, etc, that would be awesome. Thanks!

You're not going to find anything right around Coors Field for $900.00, but look east of Broadway and you should find that, and that would still be within a few miles of Coors Field. I'd look at Capitol Hill or around Cheesman Park, which has a lot of apartments in your price range. Pets are probably doable if they're small, even in an apartment, but furnished might be a challenge, just because there are usually very few apartments that are furnished. Your best bet would be to rent from an individual owner rather than from a managed apartment complex.
