Kind of surprised me. Does it seem that way there in Des Moines? It's percentage of the population, being that that zip code might not be very big, it might not be much. But you got the top stat for it nontheless!

There is a large housing project on the fringe of the east side of downtown where many West African immigrants have moved to. Lately, there seems to be more of an influx of Liberians moreso than Sudanese. This apartment complex is huge and I would bet there are more than 61 people of West African decent there now.
