Good Afternoon Everybody!

We are looking at a possible job transfer to Des Moines. I like what I see about the downtown area. I am curious about the Des Moines Building. Does anyone know if parking is available or must you pay for parking and if so how much monthly?

Thanks!

Joann

I'd give the management of the Des Moines Building a call: 515.369.2269 (This is the number listed on their page): Des Moines Building

That would probably be the fastest way to get your questions answered, since I don't think too many of us live downtown, although the new housing is really cool!

Given their website doesn't include parking as an "amenity", I think it is safe to say you'd be paying extra for parking.

This is one of my favorite Des Moines high-rises. Art Deco lobby is beautiful.

Good Idea to post the answer! Parking is available, for a fee, in a neighboring lot.

Turns out we will not be relocating to the Des Moines area, I was really looking forward to many fo the things the area has to offer! Who knows, maybe one day!

Take care and thank you,
Joann
