I could have sworn there was already a Domino's there. Or somewhere close by. Well, more jobs either way.
Domino's pays maybe $9.00 plus delivery fee and tips? If one is fortunate enough to make $75 a day $375 a week $1500 a month gross ( $1125 net ) then pay fuel and OUTRAGEOUS car insurance once you insurance knows you are delivering pizza in the city (if you can even get car insurance as a pizza delivery person in Detroit) can we really say it is a job?

I did it for a week back n 1978...

If you're a college student that lives in nearby, it's pretty alright.

If she still owns it then it's technically not vacant. All that matters is if she's paying for it. For this Brush Park house, it'll likely have a resale value for over 1-2 million dollars so it's pretty unlikely it would find a buyer that quick anyway.

Are you talking about the 2-family flat in the 'hood ( which was the first Detroit house featured on her HGTV show, or the mini-mansion on East Grand Boulevard?

The first one she did. I believe it's sitting vacant.

I think the mini-mansion is like a museum now or something.
