Question Condos in Harrison or Chesterfield Township

Hi All,

I am considering two different condos. The first location is Harrison Township, on the South side of the Crocker blvd. just west of Jefferson Ave. The price is right and it seems close to Lake St. Claire and the Metro Beach park. But is this address a nice area? Is it safe?

The other location is in Chesterfied Township, on the East side of Gratiot, North of 23 Mile Road. Again, is this a good area? Safe?

I don't know anything about either location. I plan to fly in this weekend to check them out and want to make sure they are worth my time.

I will be commuting to Macomb Community College at Hall Road and Garfield in Clinton Township. What do you think of the potential commute from either location?

Thanks,

JR

Either area is going to be just fine. Hall Road's traffic during rush hour is a pain in the **** to say the least.

Both are close to Lake St Clair, depends what you find and what area YOU like best.

I would probably stick with the condo's at 23 and gratiot only because its closer to Macomb. And Hall Road is always a nightmare, that is probably one of the most congested roads in Northern Macomb County - especially around the holidays. I'm trying to picture the condos that are in that area but I can't think of where they are at - are they behind the Target? There are some really nice condos located at just north of 24 mile, east of gratiot, whispering pines i believe is the name of them. I think you might like that area better. Check it out when your there.
