The topic was "RUMORS"... Rumors about the redevelopment of several buildings and a possible announcement about MCS. This thread, however, is not about the privatization of roadways.

I don't see why people can't start their own threads when they want to debate a new topic. Most of the threads on here are no longer readable because the discussions take so many off-topic turns that it becomes impossible for someone to start on Page 1 and figure out what the heck is going on. I'm a frequent poster and it is even annoying for me even though I have some idea about what threads contain what discussions.

I am now posting an off-topic post about the problems of posting off-topic posts, so please, to everyone, JUST START NEW THREADS!

Seems that SOME business should find it appealing. The main room with its "grand entrance" and multiplicity of offices off to the side. Its historical significance - don't corporations love this sort of thing?
It is structurally sound.
Further development of the Corktown area should help.
BUT the present owner is sitting on it - so what are his aims? Anybody know?
