Rent is probably anywhere from $400.00 per month and up where you're looking. Steve's Soul Food is fairly big, Mr. FoFo's on Second and a million other little places. Fun things to do??? Get a copy of "Metro Times".

I know there is a nice development of townhomes near the stadiums and that, which a lot of WSU students utilize...I'm not sure the amount they run but you might want to look into those as they're pretty close to campus.
Anyone else know where I'm talking about? Right across the freeway from Comerica I think. |

Yeah, I know exactly waht you are talking about. They are the townhomes in Brushpark. They are extremely nice and will probable run I think around a grand. I have looked at them, just so many places the numbers are getting mixed up. Also, the Kales building is nice that is around the same price. However, there is new construction going on at South University Village that might be cheaper. I have a lot of information about some of the places, just not a lot of time to post it right now. Hope this helps out.
