Default Filming in Detroit

If anyone wants to know, they are filming on Vernor and Iroquois in the IV. Pretty cool, looks like an old time movie cause they had classic cars.

I dont think its any of those movies, since it was being filmed today, so I think it takes a year or two of production before it releases?
I know LOL was filmed next door to me.

I wanted to do the extra thing but I'm not "African American" think if I say, I'm 1/8 black, they will take me? I"m Mexican

Oh man, so many movies! I wonder if Hollywood likes filming in Detroit or just because of the tax incentives. Either way, nice to see local spots on the big screen.

I haven't been paying attention, but I thought Snyder didn't like those incentives.
Reminds me, in case some don't know, that Sam Raimi and producers like Mike Binder, Jerry Bruckheimer, are from Detroit. Even Coppola.

There's people fighting to keep it alive. And come December we'll see if Snyder decides keep it going into next year.

Then there's also this that may raise a few eyebrows. Secret evaluations? By politicians? Oh my.

Remember that the "Hollywood liberal elite" is a favorite target of the Republican Right, who would probably not like such an industry, with its "liberals", taking hold here. Sorry to be political, but this looks very feasible to me.

There is supposed to be a movie called "Highland Park" coming out next year. I saw it on a list of movies coming out in 2012 on IMDB. By reading the plot for the movie... let the stereotypes begin.

FYI, all of these movies had already locked in their tax credits before Dick got rid of them.
