This Lawyer is working for the city and it's people. Unfortunately like others you have no real knowledge for the reasons she has filed her lawsuit. If you did you would not be asking such an insulting question as to why is she not being fired.

No.

The state does NOT owe Detroit $200 million, or anything for that matter. No one has ever officially declared the state to be in "default" to the city of Detroit. She is living in fantasy land and is believing what she wants to believe.

Looks like the city council's only recourse may be to start singing "Onward Christian Soldiers" and start randomly calling white people "racists".

No one has to officially declare the state in default to the city of Detroit, that's the purpose in part,of the law suit...

Its kind of tough to prove a negative. You are the one claiming the state does owe it. Where is your link?

You gotta love this: "The absurdity of a city lawyer going rogue to push the city to the brink of payless paydays reached a zenith of sorts Tuesday when Detroit Mayor Dave Bing hired an outside law firm to fight the case Crittendon was trying to make."

I'm just unhappy it wasn't upheld. Then bankruptcy could of proceeded.

Actually it's not tough to prove a negative, don't know where you came up with that one.

Actually he made the statement that Michigan did not owe the City any money. Ask him to post his link, or does partisan politics prevent you from requiring that proof??...
