It'll also be the tallest residential tower in the city. The only thing higher are the hotel rooms in the Ren Cen.

I just finished my budget, and I'm looking to spend $1175 or less on rent, parking and utilities (includes cable and internet).

Would love to live in the detroit city apartments (without a roommate), but that would be cutting it really close.
