Yeah I guess it depends on how much you know about windows and what you expect to get for your money. Find a complaint for Sunrise...if you can. Then find a complaint for Wallside you'll find many...just saying. I will agree tho that a shotty install by a bum off the street will ruin any window at anytime.

Oh by the way Wallside doesn't offer a lifetime warranty on the entire window...it's misleading it's only on parts like the latch ect...it doesn't cover discoloration of the crappy recycled vinyl that the whole window is made out of

I've never heard of any one installing windows from the inside. Wallside isn't a horrible window but they are cheap, bulky, made from recycled vinyl (which turns colors and isn't strong) and do not have a TRUE Lifetime warranty. If they really do have a lifetime warranty, which I'm pretty sure they do not, the warranty they have is a limited warranty.
"A limited lifetime warranty refers to a guarantee issued by a manufacturer on the entire useful life of a given product. However, if a product is discontinued, then the guarantee on the product may last over short period of time."
Try to find an installer that also offers a warranty on top of the manufacture warranty. In most cases with warranties the product is covered by the manufacture but then you have to pay for the labor to reinstall...so finding an installer that offers the W on labor as well is extremely important. Look at the specs when buying windows...windows made with extruded stainless steel vs aluminum. Extruded SS much stronger, stainless has a low transfer cold/heat coefficient, look at welded vinyl vs being put together with a cheap screw. Then look at the actual energy numbers and air infiltration #s..do your homework...a cheap price window isn't always a bad window but unfortunately usually lacks somewhere.
