Default City of Wayne

Hey all, I was driving around looking for places to apply for jobs today and ended up in Wayne. It had been awhile since I had been in Downtown Wayne and I was surprised how good it was looking. I know from just inherit knowledge that Wayne isn't a 5 star community, but I was wondering how it compares right now with their revitalized downtown area. I noticed they had some brownstone type housing on Wayne Rd near downtown, and I guess this shows things are improving, but there were also some on Michigan Ave in Inkster, so. I wanted to search this site to see how Wayne has improved, but if you click the link on Wayne's page, the only thing that comes up is Wayne State University. Anyone have any info on the quality of this city recently?

Thanks!
