Wyandotte has some difficulty attracting seniors because seniors tend to be very safety conscious (or young people often say paranoid). Wyandotte usually has somewhat higher crime rates than Trenton, Woodhaven, maybe even Gibraltar. For many older people security is the most important issue.

On the other hand, they have a hospital right there. And lots of conveniently located health services facilities.

Yeah, but they were asking about racial makeup, so I would assume that covers more than the single intelligent race.

I'd go so far to say it's probably 33% human, 40% canine, and 28% feline right now.

Come spring, 70% mosquito, 20% mayfly, 9% avian, 0.3% human, 0.4% canine, 0.3% feline
