mayor's defense fund donations
I was just wondering if anybody had this happen to them? Someone was trying to get donations for Beatty and Kilpatrick asking for cash, checks or anything that could be spent. Here is my problem, wasn't that the mayor saying that what happens between him and his wife stay between them? (of course WE know that is not the issue at hand, just for arguments sake) Why in the world would we not honor his wishes then? let them pay for his defense, after all it is between him and his wife, right? Also, I didn't think the mayor could accept tips, would not this be considered a tip?

Mayor
I agree with GlassPie,nothing but controversy since he was elected. It's been time for a new mayor,he gets nothing from me.

I will send a blank piece of paper and forget to put a stamp or return address on the envelope.
Has anybody else noticed that in the past few months the cops in Detroit are going into people's yards and checking for up-to-date license tags on their cars? I never heard of them doing this until recently. Hmmm.

They can't possibly be any worse then NYPD or LAPD. In NY, they shoot you and beat you, in LA, they beat you and shoot you. I can handle being harassed. At least you live.
Plus, I have a kick ass attorney, he'd love for them to harass me.
