DETROIT — A prosecutor made a surprising offer Friday to Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick: resign by Sept. 3 in exchange for the dismissal of one of two assault charges.

He's to arrogant to take the offer. He thinks he's above the Law and the Law doesn't apply to him or his family. I hope the FBI has enough to bring down the whole Kilpatrick klan. toss them in prison and throw away the keys. He can become the Mayor of SMSP. He will have all kinds of backers in there. His people
I like how he picked up two more Lawyers. and this time he managed to find a Black Lawyer. I wonder what he had to promise this guy to come work on his defence?
