Default Michigan makes 10 most affordable cities list three times.

4. Warren-Troy-Farmington Hills MI
5. Grand Rapids-Wyoming MI

I didn't know th median home price was so low in the Detroit area. Must be brought down by Detroit proper.

You all know I'm not usually the bearer of bad news, just thought of this forum when I read it.

Detroit is more than just affordable. Warren I can see being on that list. Dearborn is affordable in many parts because of it being next door to Detroit proper. Troy and Farmington Hills though? In the entire country, I don't see that happening.
