Foreclosure removal: Please help
Hello,
I am in need of some answers regarding our foreclosure situation.
We took out a home loan with First Franklin back in 2006.
Since, then we have had unfortunate circumstances, which have forced us to foreclose on our home.
In the loan activity portion of the site, it has charged for attorney fees, etc. every month until now.
Now, it states that there were these activities:
late charge waived
attorney advance repayment
miscellaneous repayment
payment received (escrow) - note: we did not make a payment
payment received (principal) - LARGE AMount : we did not make payment
foreclosure removal
What does this mean?
