Niagra has the falls and The Bronx has style, so I wouldnt put them on the list.
There are many crappy "small" cities like those you mention, but Detroit wins the gold because it is a metropolis.
I would say Kansas City and St. Louis are a couple of the worse "third tier" cities. |
