Now, let's hope that you can get someone better than him, and not worse.. he was a nice guy, but he really couldn't make the right decisions when it came to running a football organization.

Al Davis might make better drafting decisions, but anytime his team is starting to progress.. he does something, such as firing the coach, to make sure that they're left and the bottom of the totem pole.
