I have lived in NB for all of my 27 years. The schools are great for public schools. They recently built a huge new high school and the elementary schools are good. There is housing stock of all kinds including plenty of waterfront homes. The city park and beach were expanded last year. There are 3 waterfront parks (one next to town in Chesterfield TWp) New Baltimore makes for easy commuting (30 min to TACOM) yet the town is still semi rural and surrounded by countryside to the east and north. The housing boom has all but stopped so there are lots of deals and everything from 500,000 Mcmansions to 90,000 simple homes. Crime is almost non existent and the town is very safe. Chesterfield offers any store for shopping but NB proper has most things you would need. It is a sleepy town and most community activities are well recieved and popular. There is a lot I could tell you if you want to know more.
