Default Recommend me a property management company?
I have moved to Charlotte NC, but still own a house in south Warren. Selling it is pretty much out of the question. Next up? Renting. I'm not exactly sure how to go about this, and not too sure I wanna try from 700 miles away, so I do believe I'm in the market for a property management company. Anybody here have any experience with one that might suit my needs? Or know of any I should steer clear from?

Sure! I just moved to Durham from Hazel Park and I use a great company to rent that house out...we haven't heard a peep from our renters, and rent is always in our bank account on time....I use Michael Petrevski with Century 21 (they have a Property Management branch in Troy). Send me a PM if that info is edited out (I never know what I can say here!)
