What city are you moving back to? Our church (in Auburn Hills) has a GREAT mom's group, we call it "Mom2Mom", it meets every other Tues, 9:30-11 (I think). It's similar to MOPS but for moms with kids of all ages (we have moms with their first child who's a newborn to moms of grown children). Free of charge, free activities for your kids while you're in the "class" time. I LOVE IT! You do not need to be a member of the church or attend the church to be part. Also, check into your local library, most have great storytimes and they are typically free & a great way to meet other moms/find playdates!
