Looking for prenatal swim classes in or around Ypsilanti, Michigan!
I recently found out that I am pregnant and I know that it is beneficial to try and remain (or get into) shape. I have read time and time again that swim classes for pregnant women is an awesome way to do this, especially to avoid serious injury. My problem is I cannot seem to find any classes in my area specifically for pregnant women. Does anyone have any info pretaining to this in or around the Ypsilanti area?? Any info will be greatly appreciated!
