Default Anyone work for Quicken Loans?

...Or used to work there or know anyone that does/did? I just wanted some real feedback on working there/interview process/actual commissions earnings for the first year. I was especially wondering how tough it is to close loans every month given the current economy. Any feedback would be helpful.

Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post on the board.

If you can get them to call you back or even decide to hire anyone for position. They been putting the same ads on monster.com for a while now. They will interview a lot of people for the same position. From going thru the interview process there training classes are very small.

I heard its a great company to work for; if you have the personality for it. I heard they hire a bunch of kids in their early twenties to churn out loans for them, working hard to reach their quotas. Extremely high turnover is what I have heard about them.
