What areas to avoid in Pontiac?

Don't forget Waterford. I know I know it doesn't have the greatest reputation but I was born and raised there and my family still lives on Elizabeth Lake. Can't beat it if you like water. A lot of people who do not want to pay the higher taxes in the surrounding areas have moved there.

I was looking at purchasing a house in the area of telegraph and dixie highway on inglewood. I have gotten mixed reviews on the area and have heard both good and bad. Can I please get some responses so I know if I should buy in this area I have two young sons and would lik to try not to make bad decisions for us. Thank you so very much have a blessed day.
