Default downtown Detroit

Just curious on any good apts. near downtown Detroit that are reasonable in rent.. I think Detroit offers alot of great places to eat, and live and the area is just beautiful all four seasons! The people are some of the friendliest in the nation.
Any suggestions?

Depends on what you mean by "reasonable," and "near." Buildings that are literally downtown, within a few blocks of the stadiums and the skyscrapers start at $650 or so for a studio.

Midtown, Wayne State, and Woodbridge have multi-room apartments for $400. They're within three miles of downtown proper.
