I'm not sure if "international" means anything more specific, but a good place to start is probably Troy. It's 80% white, 15% Asian, 2% black, 1.5% latino - about as international and ethnically diverse as it gets in metro Detroit.

Sterling Heights has a bit of international restaurants.

You wont find anything very diverse here in the Metro area. You have either the following: 90% white, 90% arab, or 90% black. All the cities here are "small" per se, so its not much to drive to your favorite international restaurant. MCC is a great school, I graduated from them last year. Its right off the very "proper" and developed Hall Road, so you have very many good communities within your reach: Macomb Township, Shelby Township, Utica, Sterling Heights, Harrison Township, etc.
