Hello everyone!
my mother was diagnosed with diabetes in the past year. she has started taking sugar free tablets in her drinks and other things she eat. I have heard it somewhere that these sugar free tablets causes weakening of memory power. is it so? or there are some other facts ??

My opinion is to stay away from the sugar free, fat free stuff. They put other stuff in it that's not so great for the health. I'm not sure about the memory thing.

This thing about sugar free cookies and candy cracks me up. Eat the regular stuff whether it be cookies or something to drink in moderation.
