I have been T2 for 4-5 years now. I take 2,000 mg of Metformin and 20 mg of glipizide per day. I ride my bike an hour 3 a week to work. I am 45 250lbs male. I suffer from very real fatigue. Some days I miss work and other days I feel like I am falling asleep at work in the afternoon. Anyone feel this way ?
You might have sleep apnea. You could have a thyroid insufficiency. You could be anemic. You could be having side effects medication. You could have electolyte imbalance.
In short --- go see and talk to your Dr ASAP
I used to be really tired after riding my bike or after meals when my blood sugar was out of control. Can you test when you're tired, to see if you're unusually high or low?
Do you have other symptoms besides fatigue? Pain, stiffness, that kind of thing?

Just fatigue. I have already told my doctor, he doesn't seem to think I really have it. Sort of brushes it off. My other readings are fine.
Doctors need tests and more tests to properly diagnose conditions. There are many tests that can be run most at the expense of the patient. You can pick and choose which tests may help you find your problem. I am sure that you have already had some of these done especially the glucose test which is done to diabetics. There are however non-routine tests that can be done.
make da@@ sure they check your PSA and your testosterone. Don't take no for an answer.
I have a new insurance company that won't cover testosterone replacement. But I m sure that would help get me more energy.
