Call them and find out. As I mentioned in previous post, I used to drop off full containers at Walgreens but it may vary based on locations.

ETA: It appears that most places will no longer take the used syringes unless you pay for it, from what I found anyway. (Google searches).

Have you looked up your city's regulations on disposal of used syringes? Some cities will allow them to be put in your regular trash pick up, with stipulations, so it is best to check there first before trying to find another way.
