That's why i just eat like our ancient Hunter Gatherers of meat, vegetables, lots of fat (olive oil) and mainly blueberries and/or plums. No ''fat free'' or grains for me. As for supplements i only take Magnesium Citrate or Oxide and Citric Acid and get lots of Vitamin D from the sun although i'm pondering about Resveratrol.
