When you burn fat , how does it exit the body ?

Is it though respiration , exhilation , urine or # 2 ?

The fat cells shrink. I don't think it actually "leaves" the body.

It is stored energy. You burn it.

The oversimplified answer: fat is broken down into molecules which are used to produce energy + carbon dioxide + water. Therefore, lungs and kidneys.

I saw fat leaving my body once. Many years ago my ex and I bought some diet pills down in Mexico (it's a well-known brand, but I don't recall the name). You could distinctly see the fat in the toilet bowl in the morning!

It was most likely Orlistat/Xenical. It was hard to get in the beginning. It prohibits the gut from absorbing all of your fat intake.....true, you need to be near a toilet when taking it and not only during the morning.... People lose a few pounds taking this...not necessarily because it super-duper works......they just learn what fattening foods to avoid since they don't want to be stuck on a toilet all the time... I was 'there and done that' at one time in my life...

The new drug that is OTC is about the same thing....and I can't think of the name of it right now.....Wynonna took it for awhile and advertised it.... Alli?

I am pretty sure, even with weight loss, that they do not go away unless one has liposuction....
