I'm looking for this program (I think) as well. I used it with great success back in 1993 (lost almost 80 pounds). Afterwards, I thought I'd never gain it back and threw my program book away. Here we are 17 years later and all that weight is back. I tried the Points Program about 10 years ago and hated it. I didn't lose anything in 5-6 weeks.
I do have a copy of the SuperStart portion of the program that I was in with Weight Watchers in 1993 (weeks 1 and 2), but that's it. I'd like weeks 3 out if anyone has a copy of the program guides, etc. that they'd like to share. I don't know how this forum works, but I'd be happy to share what I have of this program - 19 pages.
I am interested in the two week menus and any other information you have for this diet.
If you want to get started with WW just find a local meeting and go to it. This time of year they waive the initiation fee and you will just pay the $13 for the meeting. I would recommend you pay as you go to see if this is a program that you like and then if so join the online version.
When I went I just paid as I went. I did not bother with the online version. I love WW. I think it is the only sensible way to lose weight out there because you are learning about portion control and not restricting any food groups. Also they are big on journaling so you must write down everything you eat. Its such a great tool because most people have no idea how much they are really eating. You learn what foods give you the most bang for your buck. The meetings are great because they weight you in every week. Its something to shoot for.
IMO I think the points plus plan is great compared to the WW of 30 years ago,JMO. I would give the points plus plan a try again. I have lost 41.4 lbs so far.
FYI to people who are sincerely trying to help these people:
Notice this thread is old. This, and another thread, have attracted "one-shot-wonders" who post only to scam people into e-mailing them (they ask for copies of the original WW menu). Once you e-mail them, they have your e-mail address, and then within a week your in-box is loaded with spam.
Please don't respond to one-shot-wonders asking for copies and recipes of weight-watchers copyrighted material.

New to this forum. I'm also looking for the quick start I and II. I did it back in 1984 and lost a ton of weight. I lent them to someone and they never gave them back. I then moved and lost touch with this person. Have you had any luck finding them?
Try the new WW plan! Forget the past and move forward.
